Patrick was excellent throughout the home buying prices. My fiancé and I were first-time home buyers and had previously felt intimidated at the thought of a home purchase. Patrick helped make it seem like a total breeze and it was really just that. He was very clear, held our hands the whole way and was able to answer all of our questions- he made us feel so comfortable! Beyond that, his team at Cristal Cellar was very helpful throughout the loan process as well.

Now for the home- Patrick got us in to our home extremely fast. I was keeping an eye out for homes to check out and once I found one that met our criteria (only 1!), Patrick took us but also had another house in mind for us to visit. On paper it didn't meet our exact criteria but he was positive about it and we had extra time so we went to see it. We absolutely loved the house right away and were in escrow two days later- I never would've even looked at the home if it were up to me!

Here we are, now we have made the house a home and we feel so grateful every day that we made this decision. Without Patrick's personal care and attention, I don't think we would've found the home we did in the timeframe we found it in. 10/10 recommend!

I cannot say enough how excellent Patrick was and cannot recommend him enough to all the people we know who are in the market of home buying.
